It's been almost 2months since i last updated my blog. I got really busy lately... as in very very busy!

Well quit about my excuses... i just wanted to share with you what we had experienced at Mount Faber park

during our stay at SG. It is one of the oldest park in Singapore. It is also part of The Southern Ridges nature

trail spanning across 10km of green, open space. Mount Faber Park is one of the best tourist spot to catch the

view of the city, harbor and the southern islands. panoramic

The weather on our first visit was rather cloudy and we were caught in light drizzles throughout our walking trip.

As we reached the Top We couldn’t resist entering Spuds & Aprons, a restaurant. The décor is colourful and eclectic, and the walls are glass; we felt connected to the outdoors. The menu featured both Asian as well as European food.

Beside the restaurant and the Bell of happiness lies a little fish pond. This is a photo of my kids getting excited to see the fishes since they really love Koi because of the colored variants of the Amur carp. Japanese people are the ones who classify this. Koi varieties are distinguished by coloration, patterning, and scalation. Some of the major colors are white, black, red, yellow, blue, and cream.that's why my kiddos amazed with the colors.

A Bell of Happiness dating back to 1909 hangs there. The word is that when people come together and ring it, they are blessed with everlasting peace and happiness. Well, that’s just what we did and there was one loud, mighty gong.lol! hehehe

The Bell of Happiness since bore witness and blessed many newlyweds with its blissful chimes of peace and romance. The numerous joy and happiness that the bell witnessed throughout the years led to a belief that when the people come together to ring the bell,it signifies an ever blossoming romance, while the echoes that follow are blessings to the couple for everlasting happiness.

A cable car ride is another way to get a bird’s eye view of the surroundings at Mount Faber Peak. The cable car station also has a small gift shop and a lovely open space, which is just perfect for unwinding and soaking in the sights.
